Open Enrollment Brochure. Even if patients keep the same health plan, benefits can change. The information in the Open Enrollment brochure can help patients make sure they have the coverage needed beginning January 1.

Janssen Prescription Assistance for SIMPONI® (golimumab). SimponiOne®. Your one source for support for people receiving treatment with SIMPONI® (golimumab). The personalized Care Coordination services offered by SimponiOne® make it easy for you to get the help you need to make your treatment with SIMPONI® (golimumab) convenient.

SimponiOne® Cost Support. SimponiOne® Cost Support, for those eligible, may provide instant savings on out-of-pocket medication costs for SIMPONI®, with up to $20,000 maximum program benefit per calendar year.

Before the calendar year ends, a SimponiOne® Care Coordinator will contact you with information and eligibility requirements for continued savings on SIMPONI®. If eligible, you'll continue to pay $5 a month for your SIMPONI® medication.

Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation. Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF) is committed to providing access to medicines for uninsured individuals who lack the financial resources to pay for them. If your patient needs SIMPONI® (golimumab), and is uninsured and unable to pay for their medicine, please have them contact a JJPAF program specialist at 1-800-652-6227 9 AM to 6 PM ET or visit the foundation website at to see if they might qualify for assistance.
