SimponiOne®. Your one source for support for people receiving treatment with SIMPONI® (golimumab). The personalized Care Coordination services offered by SimponiOne® make it easy for you to get the help you need to make your treatment with SIMPONI® (golimumab) convenient.



Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation. Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. is committed to providing access to uninsured patients that lack the financial resources to pay for their medicines. If you need SIMPONI® (golimumab) and are uninsured and unable to pay for your medicine, please call the program at 1-800-652-6227 or visit the foundation Web site at JJPAF.org to see if you might qualify for assistance.



SimponiOne® Cost Support. Your eligible patients may qualify for instant savings on their private insurance co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance medication costs for SIMPONI® (golimumab) through SimponiOne® Cost Support. If your eligible patients qualify and activate their SimponiOne® Cost Support Instant Savings Card, their out-of-pocket costs for the first six months of SIMPONI® (golimumab) are covered in full. For months seven through twelve, your eligible patients pay $5 a month for every $1,005 portion of their out-of-pocket drug expense. SimponiOne® Cost Support is subject to a $6,000 annual program benefit, 12 months after activation, or 12 injections, whichever comes first.

Your patients may be eligible for the SimponiOne® Cost Support benefits if they have been prescribed SIMPONI® (golimumab), are being treated for an approved indication for SIMPONI® (golimumab), and currently have commercial insurance that covers medication costs for SIMPONI® (golimumab).
