Introduction

This page includes resources for providers to share with patients using STELARA® (ustekinumab) and their family members and caregivers. Here are the types of information available on this page.

Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation. Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. is committed to providing access to uninsured patients that lack the financial resources to pay for their medicines. If you need STELARA® (ustekinumab) and are uninsured and unable to pay for your medicine, please call the program at 1-800-652-6227 or visit the foundation Web site at JJPAF.org to see if you might qualify for assistance.

STELARA® Support Instant Savings Program. You may qualify for instant savings off your private insurance co-pay, deductible, and co-insurance medication costs for STELARA® (ustekinumab) through the STELARA® Support Instant Savings Program. If you qualify and activate your STELARA® Support Instant Savings Program instant savings card, your out of pocket costs for your first three doses of STELARA® are covered in full. For doses four through six, we pay $1000 after you pay $50 for each $1050 portion of your out of pocket costs. Doses four through six are subject to a $3000 maximum. The STELARA® Support Instant Savings Program exhausts 12 months after activation or after 6 doses, whichever comes first.

You may be eligible for the STELARA® Support Instant Savings Program benefits if you have been prescribed STELARA®, are being treated for an approved indication for STELARA® and currently have commercial insurance that covers. Other restrictions may apply.
